END-USER SUPPORT ENGINEER

This position will be based in Head Office, Jakarta Selatan. He/She will be responsible to provide high quality technical support and service to end-users as well as ensuring smooth and efficient operation of IT systems and devices across organization. In addition, this role will be responsible to ensure security compliance data protection and system performance.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor (S1) degree from Information Technology/Computer Science/related field.
  • Having 1 to 3 years of experience in related position.
  • Having relevant certifications from recognized organization is preferrable (e.g. MTA, MCSA, etc.).
  • Experienced in administration and support of cloud platforms & collaboration tools.
  • Possessing knowledge of cloud and on-premises IAM infrastructure including Active Directory Management.
  • Possessing knowledge of endpoint protection, encryption, patch management, and data backup/recovery.
  • Experienced in supporting multiple mobile device platforms, iOS, Android with MDM is preferrable.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Skilled in written and oral communication, both in English and Indonesian, to deal with diverse range of personnel.
  • Customer-focused with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High commitment to PT Arutmin Indonesia standard in safety, environment, business ethic, and good corporate governance.
