COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

This position will be based in Senakin, South Kalimantan. He/She will be responsible to plan, implement, and monitor community development programs with the objective of giving positive impact and build an independent society.
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Agriculture, Forestry, Social, and any relevant discipline.
• Having 1-3 years of experience in related position.
• Certified in SROI, ESG, LCA is highly preferable.
• Understanding of local culture & language is an advantage.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and graphic design.
• Able to work under pressure, discipline, and hard working.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skill.
• Good communication skills both in Indonesian and English.
• High commitment to PT Arutmin Indonesia standard in safety, environment, business ethic, and good corporate governance.
