ADMIN OFFICER

This position will be based in South Kalimantan. He/She will be responsible to administer and organize site operational activities, including employee’s accommodation & travel, building facilities' management, goods/service procurement, and other administration activities.
 
Qualifications:

1. Min. Bachelor degree in any major (Law/ Administration/ Management/ Economy major is preferred).
2. Min. 1 year of experience in related position.
3. Familiarity with goods/services procurement procedure and facilities/site management.
4. Good understanding about administration procedure.
5. Good knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
6. Excellent skill in Ms. Office.
7. Detail oriented.
8. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
9. Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English.
10. Capable to work under minimum supervision.
11. High commitment to PT Arutmin Indonesia standard in safety, environment, business ethic, and good corporate governance.
